The Shinnyo-en Foundation is proud to join forces with thousands of individuals and organizations across the nation in celebration of the UN Peace Day.

It is our sincere desire to join in on Peace Day with UN Peace Day Celebrating MLK which brings together people who might not ordinarily think about peace, breaks down barriers that have divided us in the past, leads us to a better understanding of one another and help create caring communities and contributions that lead to a more harmonious world.

Amy Ambrose is the Director of International Relations at University of California Berkeley. Amy is a native of Sacramento, California and earned an undergraduate degree from UC Berkeley and proceeded to acquire a graduate degree in Business from the University of Chicago.
