Projects

In addition to its grant-making, the Foundation oversees several ongoing projects designed to raise awareness of how service gives us an opportunity to create community.

  • As we transform…We bring out the best in ourselves, our children, and our communities.Sharing resources. The Foundation regularly hosts contemplation panels, workshops and forums, which encourage individuals to share resources and discover new ways to transform their communities.
  • Exploring lessons. The Foundation hosts an annual retreat that offers educators, students and community leaders an opportunity to explore the meaning of their service learning.
  • Deepening the dialogue. The Foundation produces videos and publications to generate and deepen the dialogue about the cultural, spiritual and religious roots of service.
